As we move further into autumn, my thoughts are yet again turning to layering and the fun that can be had with proportion play. I love to construct outfits that always leave me a little on the cool side, and while I was wearing my over-sized blazer today, the t-shirt that I had under it is incredibly thin and worn-through in places (as a part of the design); so I was able to stay cool despite the surprisingly balmy 32 degree day that we had here in Canberra.
Today’s outfit was:
Navy over-sized double-breasted wool blazer – Oxford, thrifted
White slubby cotton t-shirt – Canvas, ebay, Valentine’s gift from the boyfriend
Tan leather belt with hand-tooled detail – made by my dad
Dark navy coated denim straight-legged jeans – ASOS
Navy and orange striped cotton socks – Trenery
Whiskey brown leather brogues – Trenery
